The longest problem I ever had!

I played this game since 2014 and you guys never fix all the glitches that I had to deal with. Every time I unlock a cool prize or good moment, it takes me to the home screen. I expected this problem to be fixed. I use to trust you guys, now I am losing a lot of it. Please fix this problem. Please!
